What are the nation's yahoos looking at?

I finally upgrade my My Yahoo! page to their new layout. For weeks my portal page has had this yellow banner saying I should upgrade now that the new My Yahoo! is ready. The banner kept getting bigger and bolder as the weeks went by, so I finally did it. The only change it's brought to me is a more visually distracting portal. (The banner ads are still blocked by the wonderful Pith Helmet Safari add-on.

Anyway, in the process of upgrading I decided to reevaluate what I have shown on my page. I'm interested in becoming a photojournalist, so I decided to add the "most recent viewed" and "most recent emailed" photos. I figured a glimpse into what photos are capturing the imagination of netizens would be informative. Instead, I get stuff like this: this, this, and this. I should have known what's on the minds of America: boobs, fallen celebrities, and violence.
